Shipment
Shipping is free for amounts over 150,00 euros throughout Italy, for amounts less than this amount shipping costs are € uro 8.00. In Europe Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before payment.
PrestigeModaUomo carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world through the express courier service DHL or FEDEX. All goods shipped from PrestigeModaUomo are carefully packed. Together with the goods sent PrestigeModaUomo will include in the package receipt or invoice with details of prices and discounts, if expressly requested in the order phase.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is indicatively scheduled within two working days of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately scheduled up to 5-7 days from delivery with Express Service.
FREE INSURANCE
PrestigeModaUomo is covered in all shipments by a free insurance against theft and / or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER EVASION
All regularly filled orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments start from PrestigeModaUomo , (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.
FOLLOW YOUR OWN SHIPPING ON LINE
PrestigeModaUomo offers its customers a shipping service traceable at any time, thanks to the service made available by DHL and TNT. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier that will allow him to check at any time the progress of his shipment.
SHIPMENTS IN THE WORLD
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. The DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipment is made to the EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT / TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. The DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipment is the one for Extra EU countries or Extra Schengen countries, not subject to VAT / TVA payment on the purchase price.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to inspect the parcel carefully before signing the document of delivery. If the package is tampered with or not integrated, the Customer can sign the document of delivery with reserve or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local office of the courier who made the delivery and to PrestigeModaUomo , by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to PrestigeModaUomo will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to PrestigeModaUomo at the expense of the same Customer. In this case, PrestigeModaUomo will deduct this amount from any refund due to the customer.
